The Parish Council meets on the first Tuesday of the month (except January and August) at 8.00pm in the Reading Room, Berkeley Street. Members of the public are most welcome and the agenda always has a specific item dedicated to public participation, which means there is always an opportunity for anyone to have their say. The agenda for forthcoming meetings is posted on the two village notice boards (one outside the Reading Room, the other outside The Red Lion pub, Welland Rise) and is displayed three clear working days ahead of the meeting.
Occasionally extra meetings need to be held to discuss Planning Applications – please see Planning page. Additionally details of forthcoming meetings are posted below.
The next meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Tuesday the 6th March 2012 commencing at 8.00pm in the Reading Room.
